Abstract

In the difficult era of our modern times, the alarming state in the relations of two world systems, the openly aggressive United States, which has stretched its tentacles to the states of Europe, and continues to pursue a policy of establishing and consolidating its dominance throughout the world. As the practice of the world order shows, that the contradictions between the United States, NATO and Russia are intensifying together with solving many problems of an international nature and taking measures to strengthen the influence both on the connections and relations between states, and to improve democratic principles, and not to introduce them on blood, bypassing such cardinal issues as easing social problems in societies, preserving the main guideline for peoples to live in peace and civil harmony. In this regard, it is important to turn on a national scale to the activities of museums as centers of spiritual heritage, including lower-category museums, such as Cossack museums, the main activity of which in this difficult time remains the increase in the spiritual heritage of generations, the formation of self-awareness and national consciousness, the education of a culture of interethnic communication, and in general the consolidation of population groups.
