SOME FACTS OF THE ACTIVITY OF THE ALL-UNION SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF THE CANNING INDUSTRY. KRASNODAR. 1930–1934

Abstract

The article is devoted to some facts of the life and activities of the history of the All-Union Scientific Research Institute of Canning Industry (VNIIKP), which was organized and began work on October 1, 1930, in the city of Krasnodar. It was the leader in its field, but in 1934 it was relocated to Moscow under the name Central Research Institute of the Canning Industry (TsNIIKP). In Krasnodar, this research institute survived as a branch of the TsNIIKP. The reorganization was formalized by order of the People's Commissariat of Supply of the USSR dated April 7, 1934. Subsequently, it underwent many more changes. The initial period of the institute’s existence, from 1930 to 1934. in fact, completely unexplored. There is no information about him. This article can reveal some events and partially fill this gap.
